Start with Marcus. The pounding in my head wakes me. Must have been one hell of a bachelorette party last night. Resting on my side, I crack one eye open and see the lights of the Las Vegas Strip out the floor to ceiling windows. That’s not right. My hotel room doesn’t have windows like those. The heat at my back registers at the same time the weight across my waist does. I lift my head, staring at the muscular arm covered with colorful ink. I can’t make out any of the tattoos, but the work is exquisite. Then a sparkle catches my eyes, and they widen. The diamond on my ring finger shocks the hell out of me, but not as much as the wedding band nestled right beside it. Holy crap on a cracker. I do the only thing I can think to do—I run. When my "husband" shows up in town, I have to hide our relationship from my family. He's my dirty little secret, and he's determined to hold that over my head and use it to get his what he wants. And what he wants is me.
